Dr. Adnan Alweqayyan (MD, MRCGP [int]) is a family physician, trainer, and examiner at the Family Medicine Residency Training Programme (FMRTP) in Kuwait. He currently serves as the head of the technical support department at the Central Department of Primary Health Care (CDPHC), Ministry of Health, Kuwait.

Dr. Alweqayyan is a certified EBM trainer by the National & Gulf Centre for Evidence-Based Health Practice. He is also a co-founder and current member of the Kuwait Society for Evidence-Based Healthcare (Borhan Society). Additionally, he heads the evidence-based clinical practice and research programme committee at CDPHC.
