On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my distinct honor to welcome you to the “Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) in Family Medicine” Workshop. This workshop promises to be a transformative event, dedicated to showcasing the critical role that evidence-based medicine plays in enhancing clinical practice. Our objective is clear: to equip healthcare professionals with the tools and knowledge to integrate evidence-based methodologies into their daily patient interactions, fostering a higher standard of care grounded in the latest research and scientific advancements.

The mission of this workshop is to champion the principles of evidence-based medicine within the field of family medicine. Our sessions, taking place on November 15th and 16th, 2024, at the prestigious Waldorf Astoria Kuwait, will cover a comprehensive range of topics central to EBM. From critically appraising the latest medical literature and research to applying evidence in clinical practice, participants will develop practical skills essential for evaluating clinical studies, integrating new findings, and advancing patient care.
